Dues this year are $51.00, due by Jan 15, 2023. If paying online, there is a small service fee of $1.83 charged for the service we use to process payments. Late fees are issued for payments received or postmarked after Feb 1, 2023. Alternatively, Owners may submit payment to the P.O. Box 840, Lytle, TX 78052
