- New Residents are encouraged to sign up with the Nextdoor app and start introducing yourself to your neighbors. Contact the President and your Unit Director.
- Owners should have been provided with a copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR) and By-Laws. You can also find digital copies on this website under the “documents” menu above.
